Weisswurst. Typically Bavarian delicacy made from finely minced veal and pork and herbs ( and spleen etc if you believe some stories…) and encased in a thin skin which is removed before consumption. Eaten with a Brezeln and sweet mustard, washed down with a wheat beer. Only served until noon.
