In a hearing to attempt to defund Planned Parenthood, (a non-profit organization that provides reproductive health as well as maternal health services in the U.S. and internationally),  a Republican Congressman showed this chart, purporting to demonstrate that the organisation was providing abortions to the detriment of life-saving procedures.
